Get Your Wine Noticed: Call For Entries for the 2024 SF International Wine Competition (+ Discount Code)!

Given all of the dystopian news about the demise of the global wine market, it’s nice to be able to share something positive for a change—in fact, it’s actually something that can help wine brands stand out and get noticed in an increasingly (actually, make that exceptionally) challenging sales landscape.

I’ve partnered with The Tasting Alliance to help encourage entries into their upcoming San Francisco International Wine Competition, taking place in December. So today, I’m speaking directly to all of you wine brands out there who are looking for more exposure for your labels on the world stage.

SFIWC is one of the longest-running and well-admired wine competitions held in the USA, and I have a decent amount of history with the SFIWC, having judged at it several times. While I’m not judging at the comp. this year, I can tell you that the panel of judges is usually stacked, and not just with exceptional tasters and notable wine media types.

The panels have also included exactly the type of people that you want your medal-winning wines to be in front of, including Phil Markert (Director of Liquor; Albertons, Vons, & Pavilions, Tim Marson (Category Director/Buyer at Wine.com), Elsie Wolfe (Adult Beverages at Target), Liz Dyer (Marketing Exec with Vivino), Taylor Cathala (with Adult Beverages at Whole Foods), and Paul Christensen (or Southern Glazer’s).

Get the idea? Yeah, I’ll bet you do!

You can get all of the details for entering your wines for the 2024 competition here, but you need to get on it NOW; the Registration Deadline is November 15, and Shipping Deadline for your wines is November 22 (international entries need to contact Park Street Imports even earlier, by October 25th).

Ah, and one of the most important parts—I have a discount code that you can use to get 10{83994d7454f8ce68441ea8152244c292227c3db19076e7622c8f5ff92141c35a} off your entries: HCT10

Cheers!
